“We have been living in the tower for 2 years. The building changed ownership last year. The new management is super friendly and helpful. We recommend 100% this residence for everyone who looks for solid building and reliable management. PS. The management has recently renovated gym and restrooms. They are also working on the swimming pool.”

“This building is full of pests and when I moved in the fresh air tanks were off and my apartment had so much mold and a broken HVAC system that gave me respiratory issues. Mr Ahmed Nasef - building manager - refused to fix anything and accidentally told me when I submitted the DLD claim for an expert to come inspect it that because they’re both Egyptian the expert ruled in his favor. I would stay away at all costs, especially as they tried to extort me by refusing to let me move out until I paid them for their lawyer’s fees and didn’t want the court to know. They then moved my belongings to the basement without my permission and refused to let me take my belongings until I paid their full legal fees or signed statements to say I received my items. The moving company had to leave even though I paid them because i wasn’t there in person to sign these statements, which was a waste of my money. It was a tenancy that affected my respiratory health and management with absolutely unethical behavior - I wouldn’t recommend this tower to anyone.”

“This building used to be named Al Habtoor Tower - Marina until 2025. The building is in an acceptable state, and the new management led by Ahmed and Oussama is very good, they are proactive and quick on all tasks. The security team is also friendly and helpful.”
