“Utter waste Building, worst maintenance!! Full of Rats, Cockroaches and Flies, Bad Smell all the time, Lift is always Busy and many Lifts are not working most of the time. Corridors are always dirty due to the garbage box. Maintenance department have Very bad attitude. Always water leaking through walls in kitchen and bathrooms. Full of Bachelors making the building more disgusting. Over all the Building from top to bottom is a "Waste Bin", good for nothing.. I have attached different images of these issues. Don't even think about staying in this building for 1 day!!”

“Severe Lack of Maintenance and Hygiene Oversight While the building itself has potential, the management and security teams have consistently failed to maintain basic hygiene standards. Common corridors are frequently littered with trash and debris (as seen in the attached photos), and there seems to be zero accountability or regular cleaning schedule in place. For the premium paid to live here, the lack of responsibility from the authorities is unacceptable. Until management takes the cleanliness and health of its residents seriously, I cannot recommend this building to others.”

“Not a family apartment at all, they told initially that they are vacating all the bachelors and renovating for family only. Now it’s been 7 months we are here, it’s full of bachelors and lifts are not free at all, moreover lot of rats and bad odor everywhere .. I’m sure they are not doing any maintenance , even fire extinguishers are not properly changed.”

“Too much bad management cockroaches 🐁 rat to much in building. Management does not take with you without under table money always building management brokers standing in front of the office . You can't enter the office without a broker . The full building is filled with sharing bachelor's and partitions . I have had too many bad experiences with this building ..”

“Worst Building in Al Nahda, Full RATS, Bad Smell, Bachelors, Lift always busy, No proper maintenance, bubbled tiles, no level. Kindly escape from this building.”
