“Amazing views, very secure, a 100 mtra walking distanceto the Marina, around 300 mtrs from the Metro, right next to Hotel Byblos and walking distance to Bla bla . Yet the soundproofing is such that you don’t hear the New year celebration sounds right outside once you close the doors. Even the New year fireworks were visible from the large balcony 🥰😍. What’s not to like?!? It’s an amazing place to live in!!”

“Living here from 3 years and its an amazing building. Easy to get to SZR and easy to get in to Marina. 5mins to DMCC metro, Marina walk connected to the building, amazing restaurants and 10mins walk to Marina mall. Great, clean facilities of swimming pool, tennis, gym, sauna, lounge etc etc. The security is also good and not sure why there are negative comments about security. Overall great experience living here.”

“I have been living in Tower B for 8 years, and I am leaving this year unfortunately. I honestly don’t agree with the recent negative comments. In my experience, this is one of the best towers in Marina. The security team is always polite and professional. They are not there to make everyone happy — they are responsible for our safety, and they do their job very well. Especially the night security guard — whenever an unfamiliar car tries to park improperly at the entrance, he immediately runs to handle the situation. That level of attention and dedication makes me feel safe. Maybe some negative comments are from short-term visitors or new residents. There are some unfair reviews online about the building I live in, and as a long-term resident, I felt it was important to share my positive experience. Dear Tower Manager, your security guards are doing an amazing job. Please don’t let negative comments overshadow their hard work”

“Today I came to Damac waves for some work. There is a security guard here named Rida. He misbehaved with me. Instead of explaining things properly, he kept using his mobile phone. He did not guide me or listen to what I was saying. I had a very bad experience. I request to management take action against him.He also took photos of my wheels and threatened me, saying that he would get me fined”
