“Poor management and bad service , its my first night in the building and ac is not working not because of Emicool , because if the building they didn't check the ac while renting it to me , and am calling the security , he mentioned that i have to pay 100 dirham and he will file a complaint and someone will come immediately and fix the issue , which am fine to do and we agreed , came down to pay and the technician said he will check if he can do it of not , will be done tomorrow and they will send me the bill to pay !!! Very poor management and honestly i feel it was a big mistake moving to this building… not recommended at all.”

“Tank is spilling out water and filling basement, security doesn't want to help tenants to move car on first floor or ground where is safer saying management needs to approve to open. Lying as well that he doesn't have remote to open the gate. Numbers he is giving to call no one is replying. If you are not going to help people when it's emergency, this kind of humanity is really bad.”

“I've been living in this building since many years now, I love the area, I love my house. Unfortunately the management of this building is absolutely the worse ever. I emailed them regarding a complaint, no response. The complaint was valid, the upper floors were having renovations done WHICH MANAGEMENT GAVE PERMISSION, however the noise that it created was unbearable for the ones living in the lower floors. I emailed politely, then i emailed again, and again. No reply what so ever. So so inconsiderate . Yet they have the audacity to brag about how they follow rules etc etc. And I'm sure leaving this review they wont take any action either.”

“We fully understand the concern and anxiety expressed by your tenant regarding the noise arising from the ongoing construction work on the adjacent plot, as well as the inconvenience caused to the residents. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to intervene in this matter by convening a meeting with the contractor or the developer, as requested. We believe that the contractors are operating within the working hours permitted by the relevant authorities. Should your tenant continue to experience any issues, we kindly advise them to raise the matter directly with the DDA/Dubai Municipality, who will conduct the necessary inquiry in accordance with their procedures.Very bad”
