“I lived there for a year. The building is clean. The fire alarm is very disturbing. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom wardrobe is very small. The bus stop is just underneath the building which make it convenient if you don’t have a car however during rush hour the bus is always overloaded. The supermarkets underneath are very convenient and useful. Mohamed Fazel from the maintenance team is amazing and very helpful. The gym is decent, pool is not covered so if you decide to go up you will toast 😅.”

“Horrible management, the air-conditioner don't work. And no one will do anything about it. Fire alarm would go off at 3am and you'll wake up with your heart in your throat. The walls are too thin, you might enjoy your neighbours music if you're taste match. The only good thing is that there are 2 supermarkets”

“Nice building with a convenient location. We lived there for 2 years. It was amazing to have the supermarket on the ground floor. And the bus stop close to the entrance. The view on the water is a plus as well as the running track.”
