“Probably good location with great views to the ocean, but the developer Meraas did not build quality apartments here. Leakage of AC that can ruin any of your expensive renovating is very “normal”. Lack of response from the responsible customer service, not proper working of the fire alarm system, poor quality water heaters that mix the water in a way that after 2-3 min of hot shower the water temperature drops and becomes cold and then no really hot shower anymore. On top of it a handover that was delayed by 1,5 years makes the true benefits of this place to be a total disappointment, and Meraas did not really care. Think twice before choosing property from Meraas.”
