“The Binary by Omniyat is a nice commercial building located right in the heart of Business Bay. The area is modern and convenient, with cafes and restaurants nearby. However, being in such a prime spot, you should expect a bit of traffic around peak hours. Overall, a good and well-maintained building for offices and businesses with a great city vibe.”

“Office P306 tenant 2024/2025 My experience with the building was unsatisfactory access to the office was consistently difficult due to overcrowded elevators and cleanliness on level P3 was below acceptable standards, including to presence of insects and unclean floors, staff were unwelcoming, which led me to vacate the office before the contract end Regarding Office P306 and its owner, the handling was unprofessional. The contract renewal contained errors, including an incorrect date that removed one fully paid month, and proposed 13% rent increase that does not comply with RERA regulations, communication was slow, even in urgent matters, which ultimately forced me to seek another location. Based on this experience I would not recommend this office.”

“Very unprofessional building management. Instead of explaining issues properly or handling matters calmly, they’re always ready to argue and fight. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Proper communication and professionalism should be the priority—not aggression.”

“Very rude and non-cooperative security staff 🗣 in the visitors' parking. When I stopped to ask him for help. He immediately started to speak loudly that this is not a parking this is not a parking space. Without allowing me to even speak. And when I wanted to go out as he kicked me out. I realised that it is a paid parking for visitors.. I met him on the way out and asked him to remove one small temporary blocker he felt so bad and dealt with me like a beggar.. And insisted that I have to go out on the road and come back to the building. Then he removed it after a long discussion..”
