“I’ve been living in Peninsula Five for a bit now and honestly it’s been a great experience. The building feels modern and well maintained, and the apartments get loads of natural light which makes a big difference day to day. One of my favourite things is the location - right by the canal so it’s a lot quieter and more relaxed than most of Business Bay, but still only a few minutes from Downtown. The facilities are solid and everything just feels clean and well looked after. Overall, it’s been a really comfortable place to live.”

“Living at Peninsula Five has been a great experience. The building and services are excellent, but what really stood out was the concierge team. I had an issue with the cooling services during the weekend, and even though the company was closed and nobody was answering, the concierge went above and beyond to help. They managed to contact one of the field staff members and arranged the intervention needed to solve the problem quickly. Truly professional, responsive, and helpful service — much appreciated!”

“I see too many negative reviews over here and I kind of understand their point of view, but based on my experience I can give 5* and sleep very well at night. No doubt there is couple of areas where the development is needed but I say the manner and behavior of the reception and the security definitely make up for it. I asked for their assistance couple of times and they were so accommodating Any time I need help with permits, delivery or maintenance they rush to help every single time, they even work as traffic officers during the rush delivery hours. Common areas are clean and tidy, facilities are okey but definitely can be better.”
