“Who litters inside the lifts these days?! Too uncomfortable. People who are here needs to learn how to make this tower NICE & SAFE. I'll give this one the points for the exterior being it so nice.”

“I wish I could rate this a 0 star. ⚠️ Be aware ⚠️ This is not a family building anymore ! Please don’t rent flats here if you want to feel safe ! All bachelors unmarried men and women ( 99% Africans nationals ) very bad behavior ! Unethical and violent ! Lifts are always full. Dirty corridors and lifts ! The building is not well maintained like it used to be 3 years back ! Made a big mistake of realizing this problem late ! Unfortunately I had to renew last year or pay the penalty instead ! Management was not supportive at all so I had to extend. But ALHUMDULLILAH left the flat last month. Finally getting rid of this pathetic building ! Very sad to see so good building becoming this now ! Management behavior is another epic story. The whole staff is at their at most bad behavior always. Unprofessional, not helping at all and does not want to be responsible for anything. Me as a tenant had to chase them for everything even while leaving the flat. Their entire team is dishonest. They added a charge of 600 AED for a small crack in bathroom tub which apparently was already there when they gave us this flat back in 2019 and refused to fix that time as well because they were out of stock. However, it was just a normal crack which comes over years of usage but yes they just wanted to mint money out of tenants for their own good. - Loud noises at night from neighbor’s ! ( couples fighting and what all ) - Bad smell every-time ( poor ventilation ) - waiting period of lift 15 mints due to over crowding. - dirty lifts, corridors, garbage room and stairs ( full of cigarettes ) Be careful ⚠️”
