“The apartment upholstery is of poor quality and very old. The building and elevators are not kept clean and the air conditioning is not turned on in the elevators and corridors. In addition to the high service fees that the office charges annually when renewing each lease contract.”

“The building has 41 floors and 5 elevators, but unfortunately, 2 or 3 of them are frequently out of service. As a result, we often have to wait a long time for an elevator. even when one arrives, it's sometimes already full, so we have to wait again. This is very inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Proper maintenance and service are urgently needed”
