“It’s impossible to live here. There are renovations in every other apartments. They are drilling something since 8 am to 6pm constantly in like 3-4 apartments near you. As well as there is construction just outside your window. They are starting their work around 7 am and sometimes they keep pouring cement till like 2 am. How is this even legal? I don’t know.”

“We have been living in this building for almost two years, and at first, everything seemed fine. However, over time, multiple issues have shown up. The corridor air conditioning has been out of service for a long time, making it very uncomfortable. The parking gate often malfunctions, and on one occasion, it even damaged my husband’s car.The most unacceptable incident happened recently, around 1:30 AM, when the corridor door didn’t open. Instead of helping, the security guard named Sabat refused to let us in, even though we are registered residents. His exact words were, “Call the police if you want, I won’t open the door.” We had no choice but to involve the police at that late hour. Such behavior is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.Because of these repeated issues, we felt it was necessary to share our experience. Even though we still have a few months left on our contract, we are seriously considering moving out, even if it means paying a penalty.”

“Very bad place to live. Staff are arrogant and know nothing about maintenance. They only know ac service 150 aed for cleaning the filters. Nice pool but bad maintenance. Fortunately we left”

“Nice place but if only they can put air freshners in the corridors it will be better as it smells of spices and curry most of the time. The only thing i dont like is that there is no sound proof for the rooms which means no privacy”
