“Great location and views. Practical layouts. Uncommon to obtain ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms in a 2BR apartment with ample sunlight and space. Fantastic facilities on the terrace. Really like the temp controlled pool and well equipped gym.”

“Residence wasal 1 east and west tower security behavior very bad am rider they not give parking to deliver food also that lady sitting at reception laughing at me why we are not human beings. I request to that management to take action provide parking otherwise tell all residents to not allowing delivery. Thanks am not doing the bad review i got fine and security behavior thats why do ...think positively”

“The worst place to live. Leaks everywhere. The management is the worst you could ever imagine—they are completely useless. The security staff only bothers you instead of doing their job. The absolute worst part of this tower is the leaks that affect every apartment. Leaks even coming from the toilet of the unit above you. The fire alarm goes off every single week with an unbearable sound that leaves you deaf all day. The fixtures fall apart constantly. The interior quality of the apartments is terrible: doors don’t close properly, and the window frames are always cracking. Do not waste your money on this tower. It is by far the worst tower I’ve ever lived in during my time in Dubai. From the outside it looks beautiful, and the amenities may seem nice, but living here is the worst experience you could possibly have. Don’t even think about renting here. And to top it off, one day I bought a brand-new car and they left me standing under the burning sun, refusing to let me into my own paid parking spot. I had to get out, walk to reception, register, and only then was I allowed to move my car.”

“Such a nice views perfect location you can visit any place in Dubai easily wheather BurDubai deira Mankhool downtown Dubai difc airport or business bay all are 5 to 10 mins away from this community and only apartments community on shiekh zayed road which is best for parents and kids . In the beginning there were some issues which I am sure every project we face on handover or next 1 to 2 years but developer Wasl started taken noticed all and now issues all being solved either cracking or leakage or anything else. So perfect location breathtaking views specially Dubai frame and one zabeel from project.fully recommended”
