“I worked for a period of time in this tower in the JLT area, and the experience was fairly balanced. Being close to the metro made daily access much easier, although during peak hours the elevators would get crowded and waiting a few minutes was common. The office space is comfortable, and the lake views make the workday more pleasant. The main limitation is car parking; if the rent does not include an assigned space, finding a spot can be challenging, especially when there are meetings with visitors. Security maintains consistent control at the entrances, though the delivery system requires going down to reception, which slightly interrupts the workflow. Management handles the basics, but some operational matters could be addressed more efficiently. It’s a functional and well-located building, with logistical details that require some patience.”

“One of the busiest Businesses at the heart of Dubai. This Business Avenue provided and Engineered three Towers which are identical to each other and named after as Mazaya Business Avenue AA1 ( 5 Al Worood 3 Street ) Mazaya Business Avenue BB1 ( 7, Al Worood 3 Street ) & Mazaya Business Avenue BB2 ( 9 Al Worood 3 Street ), these 3 identical towers are literally identical from its sizes, and floor quantities ( 45 floors ) are totally ideal for a Business setup. The location was even near to the metro station which can provide easy access to the employee and even to the commuters. Two closest stations are the DMCC and as well with SOBHA. It was even packed with hotels and Malls ( Dubai Marina Mall ) and even other commercial establishments. This Avenue is truly ideal for any Business set up that any Business owner can avail, moreover the ambiance is even an eco friendly which makes the moods to be enthusiastic and always on track which can help to elevate the enthusiasm to work. This location is not even only for a Business or just to work but even ideal to visit for a quiet walk, even for dine in and even for shopping! Highly recommend to experience those mentioned above!”

“Mazaya Business Avenue JLT is a popular office tower located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) area of Dubai. Parking is nightmare, earlier you can enter from the main road now you have to take turn before the building and take full round to come from backside of the tower, still you have to struggle alot for the parking, not sure what they thought while building such a capacity of towers with almost no parking for visitors specially but tenants also not able to get desired spaces”
