“I previously worked in this tower. The building makes an impression upon arrival, and the views from my floor, especially late in the afternoon, made the workday end on a positive note. The area is corporate and there is always professional activity around. The office space was well distributed and it was easy to keep everything organized without feeling overcrowded. The pantry served its purpose for quick breaks between tasks, and the bathrooms were usually kept in proper condition. Operational aspects were where the main limitations appeared. The elevator was often quite busy during peak hours, and reaching higher floors required extra time, particularly in the morning. On more than one occasion, schedules had to be adjusted to avoid arriving late to a planned meeting. Parking was another point to consider. Finding available space could be challenging depending on the time of day, which made it necessary to plan arrival with some margin. Some visitors also mentioned this difficulty when coming for the first time. As for security, access was controlled and conveyed a sense of order, which is important in a business environment.”

“very outdated and old style building, only 4 lifts for 25 floors + 3 parking floors + 4 basement - 32 floor) - bad experience everyday”

“Lifts and signage a problem. Try finding the right building when you arrive. Not a pleasant experience trying to get into the development. Finding a taxi along a busy road also challenging even if you book.”
