“Today I went to the lobby to pick up my client at south residence entrance.All of a sudden while I was waiting for client security guard from south residence shows up and tells me that here it's not allowed than I ask why he said that the floor will be damage than I move little forward literally came outside of the car and check whether I damage something. Security guard tells me that the white floor tile will be damage if I pass through which is made for lobby floor itself. Again my client also came out of the car tells security that it's the floor nothing wrong he didn't apologize instead was asking for room number.I request management to look after this matter security guard working for humongous residence has a mindset of warehouse security zero customer service.”
