“A great ultra modern-living place to live with great communities and great community's facilities in various places such as swimming pool, children, basket ball court, children playgrounds, jogging track, beach volleyball etc. The land scapes with varieties of flowers are very beautiful. Almost all of the planted plants are well chosen and and well taken care of by the maintenance workers.”

“A new place at least for me and I'm sure if you happen to be reading this post you'll agree to what I've mentioned. Firstly this place is free from the hustle and bustle in and around the city of Dubai and one can experience the cool and calming atmosphere at this place, it is well designed by the architect people which provides a unique place to live life and on moving into this place I've found this place close to my daily meditation workshop I thoroughly enjoy. The place is not too far from New Dubai (densely populated area) and a few extra kilometers from Old Dubai, this place is a very nice place to live and I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy living life. It is protected by a security team that is vigilant of people coming in and at night you see them making rounds in their caddy vehicles, I think it is a great decision to live and accept the beauty of this place with a relax mode put forward to a quality life.”

“There’s a large park within the community itself, along with dedicated areas for cricket practice, volleyball, and a dog park, located between M2 and M3. The community also has noticeably more green spaces overall. It’s worth noting that M1 and M2 were developed by the same contractor, while M3 was built by a different one. As a result, the design and layout of M1 and M2 differ from those of M3. Personally, after seeing properties across all three communities, I felt M2 stood out as the best overall in terms of design, layout, and feel.”
