“I was a resident of Rakayze Building in Al Furjan from 2022 until April 2026. During my stay, we experienced the challenging flood period, but despite that, living here was a wonderful experience. The environment was peaceful, quiet, and there was plenty of open space around the property. I would especially like to thank Suku, who was always available to assist and handled every request efficiently until my very last day. Thank you, Suku Bhai, for your outstanding support and kindness. I would also like to thank Vinod and his team, who managed the building professionally, as well as both security guards for their excellent service and dedication. Overall, I had a very positive experience living at Rakayze Building, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-managed place to stay.”

“Worst residence in Al Furjan Plese check my and others reviews befor move here! Here's crazy management! The building looks abandoned. There are cars in the parking lot that haven’t been used for years, and the interior also feels neglected. There are a lot of insects inside cockroaches, ants, and spiders”

“Disappointed by building management since I moved in up to now. One year into moving in My AC was cleaned using a brush and dustpan and they called this a complete clean. I had to pay for my own AC cleaning and they refused to reimburse me. We had to pay astronomical AC bills as well maybe for common areas, not sure and no reimbursement. Last straw has been the recent flooding. No water no gas no electricity and ZERO COMMUNICATION. Day 13 after the flooding and we are staying in hotels, management has not sent an email or message to the tenants. We have to update ourselves. There is still water in the basement.”

“The worst building management ever. They left us without electricity, water and gas for a week. Did not do anything to fix the aftermath of flooding. 2 floors of the underground parking are under water since 7 days with all the cars still inside. UPDATE: We did not have electricity, gas and water supply in the building for 3.5 WEEKS after the floods. And our cars were under water for 18 days🤡 Please think trice before taking an apartment in this building.”

“I recently had an experience with Rakayez DB1 building located at Al furjan, Dubai, which left me disappointed. Within just 5 months of my visit to this building, despite my anticipation of a positive interaction, the service I received did not meet the standards I expected. The issues began with the flood, which happened on 16 Apr 2024, which was followed for more than a month. These experiences were frustrating and resulted in us moving out of the property. The management who were handling the scenario of the tenants were so unbelievably horrible they were not even listening to us regarding the situation which we went through with no electricity, gas and water for more than a month. When asked when these utilities will start working properly, their response was that they can't do anything and that it might take months. This kind of response was given by them, considering children, senior citizens and women - they should have taken the matter very seriously and rectified it ASAP, so that the resources and utilities could be used by people, but their behaviour and act of response was so shameful and unacceptable. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and unfortunately, it seems that it wasn’t the case in this instance. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I doubt that steps will be taken to improve the service quality for future customers.”
