“Tiara Residence – Peaceful Island Life with a Touch of Class Tiara Residence is one of those hidden gems on the Palm Jumeirah that makes you feel like you’re living in a postcard. The whole complex gives off an atmosphere of calm luxury – not showy, not overdone – just beautifully balanced. The apartments are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. Most of them offer absolutely stunning views – either of the sea, the Burj Al Arab, or the Marina skyline glowing at night. You can wake up to a sunrise over the water and end your day with a golden sunset on the balcony.”

“One of the best residence on the palm. Excellent place to stay long or short term. Very family and kids friendly. The huge private infinity pool inside accompanied by a jacuzzi. The pool is open until 10pm and safe for little kids. The private beach area is very clean and has chaise-longue chairs with umbrellas. There is a playground right on the beach. All the territory is very green and sparkling clean. There is a shopping mall near by walking distance as well as small convenient store right on the residence territory.”

“One of the premium Al Wasl Properties. They have their own little world at this place with complete amenities, from Kayak parking, a small community center with a bar and supermarket to a yacht club. It's near the entrance of the Palm Jumeirah so it's more accessible versus the other residential places around.”
