“Nice office and residential tower situarlted on Sheikh Zayed Roadnesr the 2nd interchange. Next to Sofitel zDubai Downtown. Situated next to the Dubal Mall Metro station. Offering excellent views from the higher floors if you are racing the Sh Zayed Road. Nice tower for having pffices. Has food outlets and restaurants as also a grocery shop.”

“Be very careful with the landlord and management committee. Despite living in the building for many years, having the upmost respect for the staff, security and management team, as expected, when it’s time to leave, the landlord does everything in its power to squeeze you out of every dirham left in your deposit. This on top of the fact, I am doing them a favor as they can raise the prices of the unit up. Way exaggerated claims of damage, late fees and such to con you. The building is supposedly inclusive of maintenance, however I have a bill now to replace things I repeatedly informed the landlord about for 6 months. Not replaced and now charged to me. The irony. Lovely people, lovely views and location spoiled by the taste of greed.”

“The location of the tower is excellent, but unfortunately, the air conditioning is extremely strong, making the environment uncomfortably cold, almost like a freezer. Many people working in this offices tower are getting sick as a result. Management should seriously consider this issue and find a solution to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature rather than a mortuary one. Thank you.”
