“The security here is unnecessarily strict and honestly doesn’t make much sense. My best friend lives in this building, and I visit often for a year bow. They already have my ID, phone number everything single time I come and see me regularly yet they still refuse to let me enter unless my friend answers the intercom immediately. People aren’t always available to answer the ring!!! and that shouldn’t mean visitors are left outside even when the door is already open. The process feels unreasonable and inconsistent. On top of that we noticed all the security staff come across as very unfriendly and grumpy. Security is important, but there should also be some common sense and better customer service.”

“A very nice place in the heart of Dubai, in downtown near to Burj khalifa. A quiet non noisy luxury area with spacious units. Whether you are looking for luxury accommodation or a unit to make a party this place is highly recommended. There's a big supermarket down the building. But parking is quite a hassle especially at night.”

“I recently moved into a holiday apartment here for a three-month stay after relocating to Dubai from the UK. Unfortunately, my first impression of the building was disappointing due to a negative experience with security at the loading bay. When my movers arrived with my belongings, one of the security personnel refused to grant them access, stating that I had "too many boxes" and began questioning me in a manner that felt intrusive and inappropriate. As a resident with full access and proper documentation, I found his behavior not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. It's deeply concerning that a security guard felt entitled to make personal judgments about the quantity of my belongings rather than focusing on verifying credentials and facilitating a smooth move-in process. Since then, I’ve also noticed that the overall attitude of the security staff towards both residents and visitors is consistently rude and unwelcoming. This is quite surprising and disappointing, especially in a city like Dubai where high standards of hospitality and customer service are expected. I believe Emaar should urgently review the conduct and training of the security personnel assigned to this property. Security staff should be firm yet respectful, and well-trained in customer service especially in residential settings where residents expect to feel safe and respected. This experience has left a sour note on what should have been a positive new chapter. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure all residents are treated with the dignity and courtesy they deserve. Incident : Tuesday 24th June 2025, , Time 16.58 Loading Bay at 8 Boulevard Walk. I hope the Management would identify the Security Personnel and Terminate him with immediate effect. I will say Thank you to (Harris) the Security Supervisor or Manager he sorted the issue out. But it should of never happened. Unacceptable.”

He Rudely Treats Most Of Them Yet He Has To Understand That He Is Working For The Residential Tower And He Has To Possess Good Manners As Well. “Amazing location, just a short walk to Dubai Mall and right on Emaar Boulevard. I love 8 Boulevard Walk by Emaar because the one bed units are spacious compared to newer constructions, where a one-bed feels more like a studio. Despite being few years old, the facade was renovated last year. The building offers lots amenities: 24-hour Supermarket, nail and hair salon, and pharmacy. Perfect for single professionals for its location in downtown, or single mums as there is a nursery right in the building! Highly recommended! 💖”

“Old building with a lot of mold issues, especially in bathrooms/kitchen, only a few conscious owners have maintained their apartment in good condition, A lot of noise from the construction site just next to it, impossible to sleep after 7am if you are facing it, The only good thing is location, space and proximity to the mosque”
