“Whoever is planning to rent this apartment out from Rocky Real Estate, I am going to save your nerves and money. Few very disappointing experience about working with current management company. 1. They are renting the whole building and subleasing to tenants. 2. Almost everything they are outsourcing, they don’t have own cleaning employees, security staff, maintenance team. All of these are outsourced. 3. All maintenance issue they ask to send email or apply via application. Both of them are not working. You cannot reach out to them via calls, emails, application. “Whoever is planning to rent this apartment out from Rocky Real Estate, I am going to save your nerves and money. Few very disappointing experience about working with current management company. 1. They are renting the whole building and subleasing to tenants. 2. Almost everything they are outsourcing, they don’t have own cleaning employees, security staff, maintenance team. All of these are outsourced. 3. All maintenance issue they ask to send email or apply via application. Both of them are not working. You cannot reach out to them via calls, emails, application. You need to go to the Diera office and fight with them. 4. Maintenance request is a horrible condition. Everything in the apartment is falling down. Due to low air circulation, kitchen and living room are getting mold. Due to trash issues, cockroaches 🪳 are getting more 5. Due to poor air circulation, the humidity in the room is very high. This causes the doors to swell and become unresponsive. You may think this guy is only complaining. Apartment rating is three star. Not really bad. Likes our being posted only by Real Estate guys who are trying to desperately sell this apartment. Moreover, near apartment is during contraction. Today is June 26, and the construction is going all around in the evening. They are only printing one piece of paper by telling we are working in and we kindly understand your situation by this noise. we are trying to make it faster thank you.”

“We are living here second year,first year was really good.But for the past three months, we’ve been having cockroaches in the building.Management keeps saying they’re doing pest control, but the cockroach problem is getting worse by the day, and they are not taking any real measures. I think we’ll relocate once our contract is over.”

“One start for location of building. The area is used to be quite, till construction started. Now, (October 2025) due to construction the area is so dusty. What issue will have in this building? 1) narrow parkings (still manageable) 2) construction dust and noise 3) awful maintaining service This broken glass is staying over a month, maintenance doesn’t give a attention to fix Two guys came and said it’s broken 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️ I said that’s why I called you They said we will fix it and disappeared”
