“Lovely building, great location, spacious apartments, managed kind of properly. But there's a catch, humidity and mold. Some apartments facing the pool, don't see the direct sunlight anymore due to tall buildings constructed next to the Adore building, there's light coming in of course, but not direct, since then, the ceiling facing the ac ducts became black, because of the excess humidity. You will need a dehumidifier, or an apartment that gets more sunlight. Don't bother raising with the management, because when they eventually answer, key word is eventually(although it not an over crowded building with only 4 floors and not that many apartments) you will be on your own bearing any cost or…”

“This place was my home for 7 years. I had best days there. I will really miss my home here. Hope it finds good tenants. And hopefully one day I will be back . Left with tears due to relocation. Watchman such a good man . Thank you adore team . I didnt use pool due to always construction there and it does need some upgrade .”

You will need a dehumidifier, or an apartment that gets more sunlight. Don't bother raising with the management, because when they eventually answer, key word is eventually(although it not an over crowded building with only 4 floors and not that many apartments) you will be on your own bearing any cost or painting again amd removing the mold. Oh and the noise... That's not the management's fault, but the constant ongoing construction is horrible. But yeah, definitely management can be better.”

“I have been in the building for 5 years and in the last 2 year it has been a struggle with construction around the building. Rent rising and construction from 6.30am. Management don’t seem to respond to emails or show any concern. Gym needs updating as does the pool furniture. Security fantastic and all residents are very friendly and kind.”

“This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the facilities management service provider INAYA that they contracted for the building's maintenance. Building's great and the residents are quiet. The guards are very polite and friendly. CHANGE YOUR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE! They are useless and very unhelpful.”
