“Very bad maintenance service. Slon Properties is very slow in responding to tenants needs. the building itself would have been nice and the security team is amazing; but it is affected by how tenants are treated in terms of maintenance needs.”

“It is definitely the good place to stay within JVC. I like the finishes and paintings on the walls in the corridor. Also amenities are nice and modern, you can find a big pool, gym and garden. We really enjoyed staying in 2 Bedrooms, the apartment is spacious and has panoramic windows 💐”

“I am very sad Due to the heavy rain in Dubai, the building's electricity has been cut off. We don't have electricity for more than 24 hours The contents of the refrigerator were damaged I am with a small child and I had to leave the house with difficulty because I could not do anything without electricity Electricity is a basic possibility. This building should have solved this problem within a few hours or at least provided us with a facility, but I just said that we are waiting for the tanker to come. It's not fair. I have to throw away all my frozen food and I had to pay for the hotel last night”

“The building management is non-existent and it has happened multiple times when residents are left on their own. Basement parking is flooded with water and there is no electricity, gas or water from yesterday but no one responded to our calls or messages”

“The administration (Allsopp & Allsopp) of this building is the worst, they do not respond, they do not have a physical location and they never solve any problem. They are so unprofessional. We finished our contract two months ago and still waiting for the security deposit. We keep sending emails and asking to talk with someone in person or even a phone number but they dont provide any contact.”
