“New building. Modest finishes and white goods. Very friendly and kind team working in security and maintenance. Sound proof for windows and balconies is not good in my opinion, you hear a lot the traffic and constructions around (they work from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm almost everyday). Gym and swimming pool are basic, as there are few elements in the gym and the pool is small.”

“Very disappointing customer service at Al Abeir Tower under SBK management. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with the parking space. I sent two emails to customer service and received no response. When I called, the representative simply said, “there is no parking”—despite the fact that the parking area is visibly empty. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and care for tenants.”

“This building has a lot of flaws and the management refuses to understand. Cooking smell in the common area all the time, many people disobey the rules and no action from the building. The smell is leaking into the apartment through the AC. SBK had an issue last year for 6 months they didn’t clear any cheque for the flat and instead they send an email to explain the situation and inform everyone the date they will clear them, they just deduct out of no where. Noise around the building is unbelievable, and when we moved they deducted our deposit for things that are not our responsibility, humidity on the walls are not because of us it’s just poor quality so why deducting for it? I don’t recommend this building or SBK.”
