What one reviewer said

“This is by far one of the worst buildings I have ever lived in. The condition of Al Amir Abdullah is absolutely unacceptable. Parking is a constant nightmare. Management claims they are “not in charge of anything,” yet they gave my assigned parking spot to other people. When I park somewhere else because of their own mistake, they have the audacity to call the police on me. Completely absurd, stressful, and unprofessional. The handover was supposed to be in October, yet months later the building is still in terrible condition. The hallways are filthy, covered in construction dirt, dust, and stains all over the walls. It feels like living in an unfinished construction site rather than a res…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

The handover was supposed to be in October, yet months later the building is still in terrible condition. The hallways are filthy, covered in construction dirt, dust, and stains all over the walls. It feels like living in an unfinished construction site rather than a residential building. No proper cleaning, no maintenance, no accountability. Not to mention none of the facilities such as gym or pool are even ready but I pay full price rent The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything—neighbors talking, walking, doors closing. There is absolutely no privacy and no sound insulation whatsoever. The management and staff are horrible. Extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about tenants. Complaints are ignored,,issues go unresolved, and communication is nonexistent, but if I get upset they claim I been disrespectful This place is nothing but problems—poor conditions, constant stress, and zero respect for tenants. I deeply regret moving here and strongly warn others to stay away.”
