“The only good thing about this building is the Security at the reception. Guys are very professional and friendly. Everything else is a disaster. A/C has not worked well since august last year, (almost 1 year), despite multiple calls, emails and maintenance visits issue has not been resolved, I guess the new tenant will struggle instead of us. Pool and facilities are constantly under "renovation", noise around the building is insane due to ongoing construction that does not fall under muncipality so watch out, no rules how early they can start, and maintenance service is below 0. You do have a balcony but will not use it, dust is everywhere. Price is laughable, there is no way they can just…”

The apartments are spacious with quality finishing, and the building is clean, quiet, and family-friendly. With excellent facilities and easy access to the metro and main roads, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable home in Al Jaddaf. Highly recommended.”

“I love living here.The location is great because it is close to the metro, Lulu dialy, and restaurants. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has a very nice layout. Whenever I need help, the management and maintenance staff are kind, friendly, and quick to fix things.”
