Al Khail Heights is a development of four towers in Al Quoz, Dubai. The towers are Al Khail Heights 1A, Al Khail Heights 5A, Al Khail Heights 6A and Al Khail Heights 9. Texture Holding Ltd completed it in 2015. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. ONPASSIVE Metro station is a 30-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 50 shops, 26 places to eat and 9 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 43k a year for a studio.

“Best location for family but there don't have any hyper market or super market near by before have a short cut to go to al khail mall but now they are closed by crazy management.”

“Fire alarm does off regularly at weird times like 4 am waking the whole building up. Its been unfixed for 6 months. The alarm goes off 4/5 times a week so you wont be able to differentiate between a real fire and a fake alarm”

“The worst. Noisiest and dirtiest compound I've ever lived in. People and their kids are completely out of control. I've had TWO cockroach problems because of the neighbors' filth. You can't even have friends or relatives over if they come in more than one car because this place is so terribly planned. The cherry on top is the hatred for animals, especially cats. Don't live here unless you want a slum environment experience at a premium price.”

“PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING A RESIDENT ‼️‼️ Do not believe anyone who says that this is a good community, they are either men who have advantages or clueless vloggers. This community is a joke, it is being turned into an accomodation when it has been family accommodating for a long time, hence why many are leaving. Full of men who are loud and messy! They are not animal friendly. It is not illegal to feed cats in Dubai so long as it is tidy and not disruptive, but this community does not allow people to feed cats, even when it is stated that it is allowed in "non-common areas". Moreover, they are now removing the hidden area where the cats reside, just to pursue their building plans. They do not care about the animals, and even do not permit bird feeding.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with the night shift security staff was disappointing. Two staff members were rude and unprofessional in their behavior and communication. Instead of being helpful, their attitude made residents feel uncomfortable. Security staff in a residential community should be respectful and courteous at all times, especially during night hours. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides proper training to improve service quality.”

“Dont waste your money here if you are a good person! I have read other reviews about how they dont allow the feeding of especially stray cats, and it is true. I love animals and this community makes me very angry because of their ridiculous rules. So sad, I expected better. Planning to move 😓”
