“Very very poor maintenance. The management changes decisions in such a manner that the tenant has to pay for the maintenance, in any case. Bad quality items used for kitchen, bathrooms etc. Leaking sinks and clogged bathtubs. Parking is also a nightmare, beware if you paid for extra parking. Priced on higher end as well. Please try not to rent here, as the building itself is now in its 9th year.”
