Their management office is in silicon oasis, very kind and professional people. Easy and spacios parking slot. My neighbours were silent, never faced sleeping issue. Well done! My best days in Dubai.”

“Decent building. The best part of it is majordome Asif. He is really good and kind man. Do not rent apartment 307 - it's under the gym.”

“Do not rent. Loud street noise constantly. Worst building management you could imagine. Dont pay back money in timely manor. Told us we would be ok to have a Dog then 7 months into lease evict us with 30 days notice due to having a pet. We move out and 6 weeks later no sign of the rent or deposit owed.”

“Apartment building, modern and well maintained. Residents have undercover parking but in general street parking is a problem.”
