“I’ve only been living in this building for a week, and my experience has already been extremely frustrating. The parking situation has been a constant issue. My parking access card is not working, and despite reporting it, nothing has been properly resolved. As a pregnant resident, this has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The building security is also unreliable — I’ve only seen the security guard twice, and most of the time there’s no one available to assist when needed. Even the CCTV staff are aware of my situation, yet there has been no real effort to help or fix the problem. It is disappointing to see such a lack of care and responsiveness, especially towards residents who clearly need support. I expected much better management and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their handling of basic resident needs.”
