What one reviewer said

“The building itself is decent, but it is quite old and, in my opinion, significantly overpriced for what it offers. The biggest issue is the property management company. Many simple requests become unnecessarily complicated, responses are often slow, and tenants are frequently required to visit the management office in Karama in person to resolve matters, which is very inconvenient for residents living in JVC. Another important point is the parking garage. The spaces and driving lanes are extremely tight, making it difficult to maneuver an average-sized vehicle. Residents with larger cars may find it particularly challenging to enter and exit safely. The extended gym area is disappointing…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

Another important point is the parking garage. The spaces and driving lanes are extremely tight, making it difficult to maneuver an average-sized vehicle. Residents with larger cars may find it particularly challenging to enter and exit safely. The extended gym area is disappointing, often too hot to use comfortably, and the pool area could also be better maintained. Overall, the building is acceptable, but the management and facilities do not justify the premium rental prices.”

“Good apartments but very poorly managed. Once you are a tenant they don’t answer their phones or offer any support. The perfect mixture of ignorance with a large helping of arrogance”
