“New management by name of Al-Waleed Is super poor in Managing building ❌Zero Cooperation with tenants regarding rent and maintenance . ❌The Management Department is such a Funhouse Maze You cant Get direct service from management They will give you that much hassle For a single request or Repair or Request you have to go through Maze here and there after few days for a minor thing or assistance they take Days All in simple is i dont like this management at ALL Pool water is must to be inspected by Authorities there is massive Chlorine they are using.”

“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly Recommended Residence! Al-Waseem Residence is one of the best places to live in Dubai! The management, led by Mr. Ali, is extremely honest, clear, and cooperative, always ready to help residents with any matter , and the cleaning staff keeps the entire building spotless — from the gym, pool, and open terrace to the parking areas (basement, podium, and ground floor). The building has a friendly and clean environment, perfect for families and pet lovers. You’ll find residents from all nationalities, especially British, Russian, and Arab — creating a very comfortable and respectful community. Everything you need is right around the building — Katrina Bakery, grocery shops, tailor, barber, flower shop (Bella Flowers), Studio Shop, and Shop Pro Store — plus it’s very close to a mosque, which is super convenient. Truly a well-managed, clean, and peaceful residence to call home! 🏡✨”

“Overall a clean building with good staff, but the soundproof is super weak and there is a serious issue with the fire alarm system which goes off almost every presumably because it was mistakenly set to too sensitive during installation, which management has not been able to fix to this day...”

“The alarm goes off every damn day. The lack of rules and control in the building is appealing. Tenants smoking inside. Tenants not knowing how to throw away their trash, the gym schedule is absurd, the pool area is messy. There's no governance in this building.”

“Good building with shops all around it. Also Katrina shop is on the ground floor which add more value to the residents. Always clean and tidy, just that the amenities are not the best”

“The building is new so there is no problems at all, it has a grocery and cakes shop in the building, also we likes the park near by. Also finishes of the building is good and modern. If you will have a chance to stay there you will enjoy the facilities and amenities :) 👍👍”
