“this is a good community for living. The reason for 1 star is the building management is not taking proper care of the people who lives here. I got a violation email for keeping person staff in common area(my staff was in my car parking area temporarily) I removed it immediately once I received the email and I do understand and appreciate the action they take. So I was really corporative to remove the item. And I replied email and attached pictures after I removed items this was what they requested me to do. Then after 3days I am got a fine for 525Aed regarding this violation, respect is mutual, no respect at all.”

“new update: fire alarm for over a minute for few days now check the video Update: for a month now there has been no false fire alarms, I really happy about it, the truck issue still the same. Fire alarm is very annoying, it is like a high pitch whistle. not only it wakes you up, but it makes you want to move out. if you have kids this will destroy them, not to mention that the alarm goes on almost everyday for no reason, the management of the building is not responsive. recently also a new noon store opened and hundreds of trucks comes daily to bring products, theses trucks have very loud AC motors which they leave on while downloading the products, you can imagine the amount of traffic/noise they make direct”

“Fire alarm takes it to two stars. The management of those buildings are incompetent and unresponsive. You'll experience biweekly loud fire alarms and throughout months of discussions there'll be noting done about it. I cannot recommend those buildings because of that.”

“Highly NOT recommended for living. The facility in the front is very noisy with day events and night concerts. It is endless and the community management does not care about the residents well being.”

“Canal Residence West stretching along the promenade on one side of Dubai Sports City’s canal, inspired by a different school of classic architecture, and its ground floor is devoted to the salon, pharmacy, supermarket and multi-cuisine restaurants. Canal Residence West makes available a front-row seat to a fun and active life along the one-kilometer long Canal Boulevard and are full of facilities to offer a fashionable, relaxed way of life.”

“It's very beautiful canal like long lake around. Its very nice place for walking jogging, children play area and has a beautiful view like heaven I love it. Remained living there last two years I like it so much.”
