“I lived in building two years , Worst company ayka to deal with , specially farooq and Osama , they don’t respect clients, they creat issues so they will not return deposit of money , they charge a very high rate for maintenance when you are out … No transparency …. No follow up , Very Rude .. Worst experience in real state market”

“Very poor service. The location is noisy and there's a Marriott hotel being built next to it. Disrespectful treatment and the building guard on May 25th at 2:30 p.m. behaved inappropriately.”
