“Great management team in head office. Very keen to fix maintenance issues, as long as you make them aware of it. Good communication between tenants, security and landlord is always the key for a safe and clean community. Kudos to Hassan, security officer in Art 9, who is one of the most kind and helpful individual I've met.”

“Would like to bring to everyone’s notice , never come across any such management, we seen an apartment in ART 9 in Dubai Silicon Oasis. and I called the management to get information and the Filipino lady she saying that she cannot give her name. She cannot connect me to anybody else, she is admin, she cannot help me. I have to comply and except whatever she tells me . Is this how real estate company works . #dubaisiliconauthority you need to look into this matter. Horrible management and horrible customer service.”

“Maintenance is horrible, building is old and always issue are there in the apartment. highly Not recommend to stay there”
