“The worst management ever!!!! The money is more important than the guests, and been said clearly by their Manager. Rooms nice, clean, spacious with lots of flies and mosquitoes. Location is not bad, but the entrance of the hotel is not prepared or designed for the luggage and cars.”

“We went to Art Residence (behind of Brands for Less & Sun and Sandsports) in Al Barsha earlier to pick up some things of my friend because they moved out. We met the building manager because he needs to make an inventory of the room. Can the higher management of the real estate educate him how to be professional and act like a real manager?!!! because obviously, he don’t know how. He was so rude and unprofessional. Just because he is the manager of the building, he can act like whatever he wants. Such a shame!!!”

“We were satisfied, the accommodation was sufficient, clean.... For very reasonable money. Pool with a bar on top of the building, groceries on the ground floor. Close to the center and everything needed around and mainly close by. For the money it is definitely adequate accommodation.”

“The place is nice.. but once they insisted on a security deposit and when I paid by my debit card until now I am not sure if it was refunded and credited in my account again or not.”
