“Our day at the pool at Atlantis The Royal was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of in the most attentive and professional way.
A special thank you to Mr.Upulitha, who looked after us throughout the entire day. His service was outstanding—always present without being intrusive, always smiling, and incredibly fast and professional in everything he did. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure that every detail was perfect.
Thanks to his kindness and dedication, our pool day became one of the highlights of our trip to Dubai. Experiences like this truly make a stay special.

“In 2019, during construction on my visit to Atlantis The Palm. After several family trips to Dubai, in July 2026 we took the plunge and stayed 2 nights. Admittedly the price is not cheap but you have to do it at least once in your life. Everything is great! Cleanliness - service - room - lounge - kids club super - several pools. I advise having breakfast at Gastronomy without exception, a mall by itself. Stands from all over the world. Until 12pm. The only downside is the atmosphere and lack of charisma. Your hotel is missing something. A bit stiff. Even at reception you feel that the staff are playing a fancy role but they shouldn't. Stay humble and smile. Not all fortunately. Well done.”

“Atlantis The Royal is undoubtedly a spectacular and luxurious hotel, but the overall guest experience did not meet our expectations.
The hotel feels overcrowded and impersonal, making it easy to feel lost. The service was disappointing, with an unfriendly welcome and over an hour's wait at check-in while only one staff member was at the reception desk.
Breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded—it took nearly 30 minutes just to fill a plate. Prices throughout the hotel are extremely high, and even the lobby offers very limited service in the evening.
Overall, while the property is stunning, it feels more like a luxury shopping mall than a relaxing five-star hotel.”

“Our two-night stay at Atlantis The Royal was nothing short of magical. From the impeccable room service to every thoughtful luxury detail, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Ajay from Housekeeping. Warm, humble, and exceptionally professional, he went above and beyond by surprising us with a tour of the breathtaking penthouse suite next to our room an experience we'll never forget and undoubtedly the highlight of our trip.
Ajay's genuine kindness and outstanding hospitality made us feel like royalty. Thank you for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return!”

“Remains a must-see in Dubai. We regret the closure of Ling Ling, Cloud 23 and Mar early in the week. Also the beach closes ridiculously early and the lifeguards are oppressive. We wonder if there is still windsurfing or hobbycat because it is so pleasant to sail at sunset solo on the Palm. But. The site remains incredible, the service and views are unique in the world. As is the architecture. The beach is also much better maintained than during our last visit. And there are no algae which is rare in Dubai in summer.”

“We had an amazing staycation at Atlantis The Royal, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly cooperative.
A special thanks to Miss Tabassum at the front desk for making our check-in smooth and welcoming. She guided us very well and ensured everything was taken care of perfectly. We would also like to thank Miss Gera for kindly arranging a late check-out for us, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Both Miss Tabassum and Miss Gera were exceptionally sweet, kind, and helpful. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
