What one reviewer said

“My experience with Azizi Developments and the Azizi Beach Oasis project has been extremely disappointing. The business management is unprofessional, and customer support is almost non-existent. It is very difficult to get clear answers, calls often go unanswered, and the contact numbers frequently do not work. I received my Oqood only after 3 years of waiting, and even now I cannot get clear information about the handover and key collection. Agents keep changing, and every new person seems unaware of previous discussions or unresolved issues. The communication, organization, and overall customer care have been very poor. There have been many promises but very little action. Based on my per…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“It's still brand new. No visitor parking or street parking yet. Average design. It could have been better—family atmosphere.”

Jul 2025

“Shame on all those responsible. Residents of nearby buildings have been deprived of peaceful sleep for almost three years due to ongoing construction, and now we are facing unbearable noise from generators exceeding 95 dB. The project is nearly complete, yet the suffering continues. This level of disturbance is inhumane, especially at this stage. I reached out to Ihab, the project manager, and was met with shocking rudeness and complete disregard for our concerns. The lack of consideration for families and children in the surrounding community is deeply disappointing. Immediate action must be taken.”
