“The Residence Community is generally quiet and clean, with a pleasant environment and good security. It is a decent place to live for those looking for a calm and safe residential area. However, there are several frustrating issues. There is no mosque and not even a prayer room, which is very inconvenient for residents. A fitness club is advertised on the website but does not exist in reality. The swimming pool is present but not open, and there are no amenities or facilities available at all. In addition, there are no nearby markets or basic services. While there is a Carrefour, it does not consistently cover basic daily needs. This community could be much better if more attention were given to improving these essential facilities and services.”

“Safe and quiet place, 24/7 security system available. we are staying in this area since 2015. kids play areas, small carrefour market available. No restaurants no Mosque in Badra community. It near and easy accessible for JAFZA employees.”

“It’s a quiet place to live but far from the downtown . It’s inconvenient to commute to work , schools , shopping basically any transportation. Vehicle is a must . They have small playground for kids , no fitness center or swimming pool as shown in the website. It’s very close to the beach . Only convenient grocery shopping place is carrefour market :(”

“Awesome place specially for settled people. Good and safe for couples But there is something wrong No shopping Market and mosque in the society also No bus stop &taxi point available. If you don't have Car you can't live in badrah Transformation is a big issue here”

“Recently shifted to this beautiful community, nice place to stay. We chose town house spacious for a small family of 4 , Duplex , 2BHK, Modular kitchen , 2 bathrooms & beautiful terrace also car parking in front f house & a beautiful backyard. : You can also spot some deers”
