“I would like to express my concern regarding the recent changes in our building management. Unfortunately, the current level of customer service is not meeting the standards we experienced previously. Calls are not being answered professionally, and the overall support to residents feels very poor. Since the management change, several new rules have been introduced that are causing inconvenience to residents, including: • Increasing the chiller charges to a fixed rate • Removing the kids’ play area • Now even asking residents to remove bicycles from their own parking spaces These sudden changes without proper communication or consideration for residents’ comfort are affecting the quality o…”

“I've visited many buildings in this area, but none like Bait Aseel Building. The cleanliness is excellent, and there's not a single piece of trash to be seen. The maintenance team is excellent. They even come at 2 a.m. to solve problems. Security cooperates well. All amenities are nearby. I'm very happy with such a building and the team that manages it. Thank you Bait Aseel. ❤️”

“One of the best buildings to stay in Al Nahda. Expensive rent but worth it. Maintenance is awesome, Building quality is great. It feels like living in a hotel where every service is a call away. Location is good if you are not dependent on Metro for daily commute. Every essential shop is nearby.”
