What one reviewer said

“I really had a bad experience with Damac developer in particular Belair comnunity. It has been delayed from the original contractual handing over date for more than 9 months and still not handing over yet due to lack of concern, poor managment and uncompetant customer service staff. Everytime I called they said next month and this been going on for ever. Therefore; I dont recommend neither advise any one to deal with them at all and do not do the same mistake I did. Look for something else. landlord”

“Incredible cluster, invested there and very happy to move in. however the security in the night always has the barrier open and just don't pay attention to whom enters or leaves (so.ething to check at).”
