“Serene and Tranquil I bought a villa in this area a couple of months ago. The neighbors are friendly, children are always playing around, and there is plenty of greenery with no urban noise. The location is well-connected, as I can easily access the Al Khail or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed roads within a couple of minutes. It only takes 5 minutes to reach City Center Mall in Production City, ELS Club in Sports City, Fit Republic Fitness Center (known as one of the best gyms in Dubai), and other amenities. I am thrilled to live here for many years to come.”

“Maintenance team for the compound are completely incompetent. They will have you waiting on them for days and weeks and when they finally show up they mess everything more than it was.”
