Capital Bay is a development of two towers in Business Bay, Dubai, with 176 apartments between them. The towers are Capital Bay Tower A and Capital Bay Tower B, the tallest of them 22 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Business Bay Metro station is a 25-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 20 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 8 parks and gyms, 4 places to eat and 2 shops. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 57k a year for a studio.

“To be honest I have been here for some time, security are doing there job well. But some people who live here have to respect other people’s space, Using the pool area at 11pm even sometime 3am in the morning, blasting music !! This has happened 10 times since my move in. Some people have no care for others. We all live in the building, kindly do not forget that. you’re not the only ones living here. Building management kindly get this addressed , safety I thought was priority?. With no lifeguard past 10pm ?!, is a cause for concern Better to fix this now”

“Never again in this building! I had cockroaches in my apartment because they don't clean the hallways. I paid for a year for this, more a huge water leak and a gas explosion. Run away !!!!”

“Be careful when you give your car for parking! The guy just took my car to park and then told me that my car doesn’t switch on. He didn’t try to solve the issue and I’m sure he didn’t switch off light as my battery is new. He just gave me the key and left.”

“This week, My relative came to visit me , i was not in my apartment. It was a very bad encounter for them by the Receptionist Indian girl. They were helpless & unguided. It was a very unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist. We are requesting Damac to teach then some manners.”

“Capital Bay Reception is always responsive on all queries , Call centre staff is very polite , Maintenance team is decent and knowledgeable and always ensures that facilities are clean and running . Ms Gauzia at reception and Mr Ali at Security are extremely supportive towards owners and tenants. They always go extra mile to resolve any highlighted issues and definitely deserves appreciation from Damac management as well. Dealing with Loams and Damac team has been a very pleasant experience . Thanks a Lot guys!!”
