“The hotel itself is nice, the location is convenient, and the staff at the front desk are friendly. But the security guard is absolutely NOT doing his job. Every time I needed to enter or exit the parking area, he was either sitting around or glued to his phone, completely ignoring his responsibility. I had to get out of my car every single time and ask the reception to call him just to open the gate. This happened repeatedly, and it was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. For a hotel of this level, having a security guard who is lazy, inattentive, and not fulfilling even the basic duties is a serious problem.
