“Love the building, the staff is friendly, the pool is a bit shallow, the gym a bit small, community areas are nice, in general the construction is fine and the price isn't high compared to other buildings in the area considering you get modern amenities. Also great location overall as it's a 1 min walk to Circle Mall and also a bus stop. Would recommend it a lot to anyone looking to stay in the area long term. There have been noise complaints but I haven't heard a single thing.”

“I do not recommend living in Casa Grande JVC. The landlord refuses to address maintenance issues, and contacting them is a nightmare—they block your calls and ignore requests. Living here has been frustrating and stressful, as basic problems are left unresolved. Extremely unprofessional management for a building in Jumeirah Village Circle.”

“Great location, and a nice building. The sound proofing is non-existent, and any sound travels through all walls and the door. Not a great place to sleep in if you're a light sleeper, I get woken up in the morning by my neighbours alarm clock.”

“Building is filled with mold, damage happened due to the storm 2 winters ago. Building also has bad sound proofing. We had issues with insects coming in through the damaged walls. Do not recommend.”

“this building is filled with mold , i moved in in march and i am very sick, they will not do anything to help , believe me i tried. the mold is everywhere inside the apartments and in building hallways and shared areas. the agency handling the building doesn’t consider it a “major issue””
