What one reviewer said

“Recently, I visited Centre Park Tower in DIFC and was impressed by its modern design, cleanliness, and professional atmosphere. The building is well-maintained and leaves a great first impression. One thing to keep in mind is that taxis can be difficult to find nearby, so it's best to have Uber or another ride-hailing app ready. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to visit.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “Central Park Towers is a fantastic location in the heart of DIFC. The buildings are modern, well-maintained, and surrounded by some of the city’s best dining and business spots. It’s super convenient for both work and social life, with great accessibility and a vibrant atmosphere. A solid choice for anyone looking to be right in the middle of everything Dubai has to offer.”

Dec 2024

“Booked the place for 1 year. Wasn’t here much in the summers. Came back 1 month ago in winters and there’s construction going everywhere in the building since then. It’s unliveable & extremely noisy. There’s no respect for tenants. Had many sleepless days. Will be booking in Index tower and stay there.”

“Finally, Innovation Center has been constructed and it killed AER's noise. One of the nicest place to live in Dubai. Quite sad for leaving and moving to downtown from Central Park Towers. Hope to stay again here. 2 years ago: "It was a nice place to stay but after AER Lounge. You cannot sleep because of their noise until late night like 03:00 am 04:00 am."”
