“If you ever wanted to experience what it’s like to live in a place where every single person — from the security guards to the property management staff — seems to wake up each day with a mission to make your life harder, this is the perfect place for you. Here, problems aren’t solved; they are multiplied. Every “solution” comes with three new rules you never knew existed, and each rule seems designed to make you feel like a criminal in your own home. The staff don’t work for the residents — they work against them, proudly, as if it’s a sport. And let’s not forget — the rent here is outrageously expensive for what you actually get. You’re paying premium prices for a place that delivers bar…”

“I am writing this review so that other people specially working people don’t stuck here waste their time same like me, Regarding the retail shop I was connected to the one of the management and agent but they actually does not have clear idea how to deal, some or the other day they asked for different requirements like 100,000 bank balance, name registered certificate, stamp, company letter head which I felt was useless but we did all of them to get the shop At the end they said there is no power load and we need to pay 100k to get extra power load. This is the worst management I have ever seen and met. If you are planning to take any property with them be careful from 1st step. If it’s required I will mention the name also, they should learn lesson from this.”

“If you ever wanted to experience what it’s like to live in a place where every single person — from the security guards to the property management staff — seems to wake up each day with a mission to make your life harder, this is the perfect place for you. Here, problems aren’t solved; they are multiplied. Every “solution” comes with three new rules you never knew existed, and each rule seems designed to make you feel like a criminal in your own home. The staff don’t work for the residents — they work against them, proudly, as if it’s a sport. And let’s not forget — the rent here is outrageously expensive for what you actually get. You’re paying premium prices for a place that delivers bargain-basement service. Every month, as you hand over that absurd amount of money, you can’t help but wonder if it’s going toward improving the building or just funding the next ridiculous rule they plan to enforce. Spoiler: it’s never for the residents’ benefit. Security will stop you for the most absurd reasons, while management invents new regulations faster than they respond to emails (which, by the way, they almost never do). It’s like living inside a never-ending experiment to test how much nonsense a human being can tolerate before losing their mind. If you think a home should be a place of comfort, safety, and peace, stay far away. If you want stress, frustration, and the thrill of being constantly micromanaged, congratulations — you’ve found paradise.”

“Bad experience with maintanace - they simply don’t care. Garbage disposal room is a nightmare, cockroaches are invading the apartments, fungus/mould grows in the bathrooms are kitchen. I’ve complained many times and no one does anything. Horrible experience living here.”

“They only give 1 parking spot for 2 bedroom tenants. Extra parking costs 5250aed per year. Be prepared to always stuck in the traffic near the area (from Gold souq). Outside windows are washed 1 time per 1 year, cockroach and ants go as a bonus.”

“Worst management in Dubai history. Not recommended!!! After renting a 2 bedroom flat here for 80,000dhs they only give you one parking spot to park underground and ask you to pay 5000dhs per extra space parking. They will also block your parking card and not let you even in”

“Its a great project, they have turned the area from a parking lot jnto a semi-luxury are. Its a family friendly area, great apartment building and lots of parkings. This project has elevated he face of deira massively”

“Nice place. Location is close to many areas around it, but the only concern is the traffic congestion on the roads leading to this location. The first and most important thing someone should think of when Building such projects is the traffic and roads connecting these projects.”
