“My husband and I lived for four months in Moon Tower, while he was working nearby.
I chose this tower for it's great facilities and unbeatable location to Marina Mall (literally steps to Waitrose❤️). There is a rooftop pool and sun area, well equipped gym and fantastic steam, sauna and ice rooms (my fave!)
Level 13 is the social floor, with open lounges, work pods, cinema and games rooms.
Moon Tower is run by it's own management team. These are a lovely group of people who made sure our time there was enjoyable. They also organised social events for the Tower residents... UAE Day and Christmas was celebrated on the rooftop, mingling with other residents and enjoying drinks and food. I loved…”

“I have the pleasure to work with Moon Tower Fitness Coach Sajid and it was an amazing choice. Sajid is always in a good mood, he makes sure to motivate me and always gives me different exercises while paying attention on a good execution. He even provided further guidance with a dedicated food plan to get the right amount of calories and protein. Overall a great experience and I can only recommend him to anyone interested in strength exercises.”

“I’ve used quite a few apartment gyms, and this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen. The equipment selection is impressive and covers pretty much everything needed for a complete workout. They also have a good range of dumbbells, including heavier weights that are often missing in residential gyms. The gym is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Having a trainer available is a nice bonus, especially for residents who need guidance with the equipment. If you live in the building, it’s a very convenient setup and could easily save you the cost of an external gym membership. Overall, a great facility and a valuable amenity for residents!”

“Rently moved in and wanted to give it 5 stars on all fronts. The service from all staff, from security to management, cleaning staff and facilities staff including the gym and pool... all first class and wonderfully friendly people. Facilites plentiful, clean, modern and well supported.
Special mentions to Jafar in the gym and Tharuka at the pool.”

“This entire building & its members of staff are incredible, however I wanted to write another review, this one specifically for Muhammad Zeeshan.
I had the pleasure of working with him to essentially upgrade my unit & I cannot speak highly enough of his attentiveness & customer care.
He answered all of my questions on WhatsApp (there were a lot!), stayed in constant communication with me, showed me various options & arranged visits for various options that met my specific needs on multiple days.
The speed & care in which he operates in is second to none & I can’t speak highly enough of him. If you are reading this review & are thinking of moving to the moon tower, I would highly recommend speaking directly with Muhammad - he has been a pleasure to work with & I couldn’t be more grateful for him.”

“I had the pleasure of living at Moon Tower for a year and a half, and it has truly been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had.
The location is amazing, the facilities are excellent and the apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The maintenance team was always available whenever needed responsive, efficient, and very supportive.
Throughout my stay, they were always professional, kind, and genuinely caring about residents’ wellbeing. It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel listened to and at home and Moon Tower is definitely one of those places.
A big thank you to the entire team for their constant support. I really hope I’ll have the opportunity to come back again in the future.”

“Will our deposit ever get returned, or is this a Moontower scam? Following up on our previous review: we lived at Marina Moontower for a full year and dealt with multiple issues during our stay, including mold and cockroaches, which were never properly resolved.
We vacated the apartment early February, and as of March 1, our deposit still hasn’t been returned (note: "it has been prioritized" for the past two months - but never resolved). We've heard from current tenants that we're not the only ones dealing with this situation.
Having to follow-up indefinitely with the team just to get our money back is unacceptable, especially given the current war situation, and we strongly urge "management" (whomever that may be) to address these issues seriously.”
