“Bad building. No services at all. Insects and mosquitoes bite us all day. The parking is all flooded with water on the cars. No cleanliness. And the AC bill is separate from the house rent. 600 monthly on top of electricity and water. That's 7000 yearly.”

“Im a new tennant and the move in team handled my moving in very professionally and fast even after moving in they handled all my complaints with rapid and professional mannars, shout out to Mohammad the management agent who was folowing up each time to make sure im satisfied with the service and made sure that all notes are fixed and handled!!! The building is amazingthe view is wow, and its always clean!!”

“I have very bad experience in eastern star residence when I move out they ask me for pest control 150 dharma, for professional cleaner 350 dharma for panting 800 dharma which is they don’t want to return my deposit imagine for pest and for panting for studio 800 is to much they ask I never even see in my life like this place very bad management!!! I move out it’s almost 40 days I don’t receive my deposit i keep calling they tell me it’s taking time till now they’re super scammer ! After 44 days buy my force I was keep calling and sending email after they sent me email the email with warring it was Friday same day from 10am-5pm I should go to office to collect the deposit which is after this day and time they will not assist me this what I received from them and when i see this email I just go direct to them which so far way I meet the person who is giving me the deposit and he’s telling me my deposit is 2000 so he’s going to give me 700 I say my deposit is 2600 so after all you cut it will be 1300 I show him my eajra the beginning when I rent I deposit 2600 can you imagine what he’s telling me when I renew my contract it’s changed the deposit it’s 2000 how many times deposit is there when you take rent only one time right I stay 3 years there unless you move out and you take new place you will not deposit every year when renewal time I don’t really understand those people after this ok I ask can I have my deposit what you have I tell him he asked my id and he take my id he told me the one I wrote in the goggles i have to remove other ways he’s not giving me the deposit I say I am not remove and I need my deposit! This is the horrible place un professional!!!!!”

“This is the worst management company in all of Dubai. The building is infested with cockroaches! For a year they have been unable or unwilling to resolve this issue! The tenants are poisoning them, and they are coming from the common areas! The walls are damp and the plaster is peeling, the doors and doorframes are black from moisture. There is no maintenance in the building, you can call to fix a socket for 300 dirhams). They do not respond to complaints from tenants. They do not give back the deposit.when leaving. The managers are rude and arrogant with the tenants, constantly threatening them with fines. They raised the price for next year by 20 percent. There is no way to control them.”

“It passed 5 months and, still haven't received my security deposit. Be careful if you ask for any maintenance they won't tell you that is a paid service nor how much it costs ....you will just have a horrible surprize that for a very tiny maintenance you will be overcharged that you can not even believe. And now after we settle the amount that I have to receive....what do you think? None of the numbers are valid anymore....thay changed their numbers and can't get in touch anymore with them and the email....only automatic replies......Horrible experience. It's so sad cause the area is quiet and the building was nice. By the way. Be very mindful if you call the maintenance, as they charge and high. And they won't inform you anything about it. You will have a horrible surprise when you finish the contract. Such a bad situation as the building is really nice. But the management can go and find different jobs cause they are horrible and make tenants experience a nightmare.”
