About Executive Bay

Executive Bay is a development of three towers in Business Bay, Dubai, with 176 apartments between them. The towers are DAMAC Executive Bay, Executive Bay A and Executive Bay B, the tallest of them 17 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Business Bay Metro station is a 19-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 20 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 12 places to eat, 7 parks and gyms and 4 shops. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 55k a year for a studio.

Some of the tenants they are keeping the water bottles outsides and they allowed it. Next time don’t ring the bill early morning!!!!no respect at all”

“The building is nice and the facilities only the security on duty today April 11 1:30pm 2026 is not professional and not respectful. I hope this guys will remove in this building. It will affect a lt on costumer services”

“Do not stay here, the building is extremely outdated and old. The gym has really old equipment, most of it is broken or parts missing. The water machine never seemed to work even though this was reported to reception many times and the air con is also not working. The sauna and steam room are both out of action and there were no signs of them being fixed anytime soon. Many residents have dogs that are left home all day barking and the construction site across the road by Gemini operates all through the night even on weekends with cranes and other machinery operating. The apartments are really small and overpriced. Avoid this building”

“Horrible place to live. The security and reception are useless—they don’t seem to know anything. The apartments have many issues, and the maintenance is terrible. Every facility seems to have a problem. If the spa has any issue, it stays closed for three or four months without proper maintenance. Not recommended at all.”

“I have lived in Dubai in 3 different buildings and have never seen such extremely rude and unhelpful security and management team. Let alone that the floors have no security cameras between the apartments, only in front of the elevator. If you care for your safety and if you have children, you better not go live there.”

“When you need to view an apartment, which in my case did not match 1% of my expectations, they would tell you that you need to make a deposit of 50,000 aed. I was lucky to deposit 10,000. They told me the money would be refunded within 7-20 days. I contacted them over and over to get the refund, i went to the office, which cost me not only money and gas but also energy and Time. I contacted Damac so many times my deposit back which was deposited on May 19. Today September 6 and I am still waiting. I contacted their call center, their staff, I wrote emails in vain. I am still waiting. 4 months to refund. They drained my energy. Look at their reply below: contact us as if they do not know ai already did dozens of times. What happens after you contact them: NOTHING. It is company policy to delay the payment. No one can do anything. Waiting for a divine intervention. Oh, BTW, if you take them to court, you might need to wait more and waste more of your time.”
